Job Description

               

Job Role:

Set and implement local/global SM strategies for all our companies/brands. You will be working towards expanding brand reach, growing brand engagement, championing trends and opportunities, analyzing effectiveness, and optimizing to achieve marketing goals. You will be setting strategic SMART goals, planning social calendars, transitioning social strategies and execution in-house, posting on social media, plus community management.

You'll need to be the shining light in pushing to test content and keep the pulse on iterating designs for the best engagement. You will need to be data-minded with a deep brand understanding to ensure our channels add value commercially for the business. You need to have a creative eye plus be results-driven.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage all the Group’s social media accounts from A-Z.

Manage and execute the entire process:

Strategizing – Implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

Planning – development of social media Calendars.

Content management - Generate, edit, review content to be relevant and engaging.

Overseeing the creation of original posts design and copywriting - (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).

Scheduling and posting.

Community management - Monitor and respond to our new and existing community on all social media platforms in a timely and personable manner and in keeping with our brand values and tone of voice.

Analyzing progress on a quarterly basis to monitor successes against KPIs and identify new opportunities.

Optimizing performance

Collaborate with team members from various companies in management, marketing, operations to develop advertising campaigns and PR campaigns.

Research top influencers.

Conduct SM competitor analysis and identify industry trends.

Customize all social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, linked in).

Ability to express company views creatively and consistently.

Ensure everything posted on SM aligns with brand values and tone of voice and resonates with our communities.

Strong attention to detail is a must.

Develop brand awareness and increase online reputation.

Monitor web traffic metrics.

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Optimize web content to increase traffic.

Strong understanding of the importance of SEO, keywords and hashtags to ensure our posts surface in search algorithms.

Running paid social media advertising campaigns.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
