We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic Sales Supervisor to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for selling the company's product to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, bars, cafe, gyms, high-end hospitals.
- You will be responsible for driving profitable growth and business development.
- Conduct research and analysis for current market conditions, competitor information to develop and Implement sales plans.
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients proactively.
- Survey of various outlets to gain market insights.
- Making calls to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing clients.
- Delivering presentations of the company products in the HORECA business.
- Producing daily & monthly sales reports.
- Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Operation team, and HO.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the distributors, dealers, clients, customer support staff.
- Developing effective HORECA account-specific marketing and Sales programs.
- Represent the company in various events and exhibitions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using MS- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility in working hours.
E-mail and telephone etiquette.
Excellent negotiation skills to deal with various kinds of customers.
