Job Description
  • Develop and create graphics for wide variety of print and online publications, illustrations, collateral materials, website, video and social media channels.
  • Conceptualizes, design, implement, and maintain innovative and cutting edge high-quality designs for print, website, collateral materials, and social media channels.
  • Aid in developing multi-channel communication strategies plus work on implementing agreed strategies
  • Brainstorm and implement creative ideas and strategies to further promote social campaigns and social media engagement
  • Conceptualize and create designs, concepts and layouts based on knowledge of design principles
  • Design digital graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, and logos for use
  • Create, shoot, edit and produce pictures and short videos within short timelines
  • Work on developing online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram
  • Inform the visual identity for Alhussam companies’ social media channels that meet the expectations of the company’s core audiences
  • Produce simple and complex illustrations, graphics, images and photos for publication on social media channels and website
  • design website banners and assist with web visuals;
  • Create artwork and design for a variety of platforms, starting from an initial concept and following it through to production and implementation.
  • Produce some motion graphics and data visualization.
  • contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
  • posting content on social media sites and developing material that will be found and displayed prominently by search engines.
  • Develop and Manage calendar of design projects/ requests and deliver assets in a timely manner

  • Maintain quality control of all visual content, and support design strategy and execution
  • ensure a consistent look and feel across all marketing collateral.
  • Understand the voice, audience and goals of the company in order to produce social media graphics that inspire fan engagement and tell the story of the company
  • Use design programs, such as Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Shoot digital photos at various locations and events to illustrate stories and videos, for use on social media platforms, collateral materials, marketing and advertising
  • Generate relevant and engaging content for all company social media channels.
  • Produce graphics, video and photographic content for the company social media channels.
  • Create and publish content across the company multiple platforms.
  • Completes duties and responsibilities in compliance with Company standards, policies and guidelines.
  • Working hours may include evenings, holidays or weekends depending on deadline requirements and special events.
